A: .iOS(Apple) devices DON’T support with all Subscribed paid Apps which have "HDCP" video copyrights protection like Netflix,prime videos, Hulu, Comcast tv, Xfinity, Vudu, Sky Go, BT Sport, etc. Android devices are compatible with most Subscribed paid Apps.

Q: How to set a higher resolution pixel?

A: 1. Open your phone and search the WIFI name: MiraScreen XXX, then enter Password: 12345678 (the WIFI name and password please refer to the blue screen on your TV)

2. Use your phone's browser to search the address 192.168.203.1 (it couldn’t be shown on , but you could find it on the blue screen)

3. There is a "Resolution" choice in it. You could choose different resolutions according to your needs.

4. After that, return to the settings of your phone’s “WLAN”, and connect to your own WIFI.

Dos and Don'ts and Troubleshooting

1. This wireless display adapter is used for the transmission of data via WiFi. Please don't cloak the device with metal;
2. The wireless display adapter is poor in wall-penetrating capability. Please don’t use it where there are partition walls;
3. For the availability of a good experience, the phone or computer is ideally 3-5 meters away from the wireless display adapter;
4. Please kindly use our original supplied antenna cable to ensure the device can be used and connected properly.

Android devices and Windows are compatible with most Apps

Android devices can WORK with Most Subscription Apps: such as Netflix, Video, Sky Go, BT Sport, DIRECTV, HULU, Comcast tv, Xfinity, Vudu, etc. Please note that: Android devices are compatible with most apps, but not all. This airplay device has no data transmission function, only a screen mirroring function.

iOS system does not support Subscription Software

iOS system(i Phone, i Pad, Mac devices) DO NOT WORK with Subscription Apps: such as Netflix, Video, Sky Go, BT Sport, DIRECTV, HULU, Comcast tv, Xfinity, Vudu, and Movistar etc as these Apps have "HDCP" video copyrights protection. For Apple IOS & Google home connect:

Step 1:Plug all the cables in the device: HDMI to TV HDMI, WiFi Antenna to the Adapter, USB cable connect to a 5V/2A charger ).

Then the blue screen will be on TV after set up. You can see the WIFI ID and password on the upper side.

Step 2:Go to your phone's WIFI setting, connect your phone to the adapter's Miracast wifi ( The WIFI ID and password is on the blue screen of the TV after you connect the adapter to TV)

Step 3/4: Launch browser on your iPhone to access the IP address "192.168.203.1"

Step 5: Once you enter the IP in the browser, you will see "Internet" , connect it to your home's router wifi.

Step 6: Go back to your phone's wifi setting, change the wifi to your home's wifi router again.

Step 7: Slide your iPhone screen and tap Air Play/ Screen Mirroring, then start screen mirroring.

(Google home app need to set up the wifi connect in the Google home app)If you don't have wifi in your home, you can just go through step 1and 7, no need steps 2-6( this way will cost your phone's data)

For Android devices connect:

Android device's mirror function name is different.Just need to use the "Cast " function on your phone and choose"Miracast" as a target. no need to connect the IP address
